Adequate access, space, and power (240V mains socket) must be available at the event site.
A risk assessment can be provided upon request. For public or corporate events, we may require a site visit in advance.

4. Wet vs Dry Hire
Wet Hire
Our trained staff will operate the inflatable(s) for the agreed duration, ensuring safety compliance and crowd control of this service is booked with us. If not requested, booked and paid for, you will bare all responsibility outlined in these terms and conditions. We will hold zero responsibility if these terms and conditions are not adhered to.
You must provide adequate space for safe queuing and crowd management. We retain full authority to restrict or suspend use at our discretion for safety.
Dry Hire
You accept full responsibility for the equipment and its supervision during the hire.
We will provide a safety briefing. You must ensure competent adult supervision at all times and compliance with usage rules.
For large-scale events (e.g., over 100 attendees), dry hire may not be permitted without prior approval.
---
5. Safety Guidelines
All users must remove shoes, jewellery, sharp items, and spectacles before entering inflatables.
No food, drink, chewing gum, animals, fireworks, or smoking near or on the equipment.
Children must be grouped by age/size to avoid injury. Equipment must not be overcrowded.

We hold Public Liability Insurance up to £1M
(certificate available on request).
