The hirer is responsible for any damage or loss during the hire period.

You will be liable for repair or replacement costs of damaged equipment unless caused by our negligence.

We accept no liability for injury or damage to persons or property, except where caused by our negligence.

7. Insurance

We hold public liability insurance up to £1M. This does not cover negligent or unsupervised use by the hirer or guests.

It is recommended that hirers running public or paid-entry events carry their own insurance.

The equipment is for private use only, unless agreed otherwise.

Equipment must remain at the setup location and must not be moved.

The hirer agrees not to use the equipment for unlawful or dangerous activities.
